I write like me. But the analysis is kind of cute.

I grew up in Detroit City. Michigan USA, second generation born in the US. I spent my childhood reading, writing and just enjoying my friends. There was always culture around my home to learn from and to enjoy. I read my first full length novel very young, as soon as I learned phonics, and was in love with the idea of becoming a writer just like the one I was reading, unfortunately or fortunately it was Herman Melville and the book was Moby Dick.

I have a super, great. He does some amazingly awesome origami that I think he should make into a career, but he is not artsy. He wants to be an engineer. Go figure. Math blah.

I have a wonderful hardworking husband who, I am glad to say shares my sense of humor and puts up with all my flaws.

I love music and I do listen to a lot of iTunes and recently started to post my own iMixes find them here

I currently live in the Metro Detroit area with my family.
